- Are there shipping costs?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we cover all shipping costs! Every order is delivered 100% FREE to your door. There is no minimum order quantity required!
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. This email will also contain your order number, which you can use to track your order on our Track & Trace page. You will usually receive the shipping confirmation email within 2 days after you have placed your order.
- When can I expect my order?
Our goal is to offer the best price-quality ratio for our products. We achieve this by shipping our products directly from our supplier. As a result, the delivery time is typically 7-15 days.
- Can I exchange or return my order?

- The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. However, delays may occur with the postal service. If you haven't received your package 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
